Finjan Al Basch is a family owned company where tradition & heritage clashes with modernity. A pure-play coffee house steeped in knowledge and craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation.
We’re influenced by our fondness of agriculture, horticulture and in self-preserving our seasonal harvests in order to produce freshly made jams, juices, wines, pickles, cheeses, yoghurts and much more.
You see for us, summer holidays as kids meant helping the grandparents, uncles and aunties in their various professions and crafts to hone our skills for life and what stood out the most was before, between and after every event what was on the menu? Coffee!
We grew up glaring in envy at the one thing that was reserved for the adults. In fact we all knocked back a spirit or two well before any coffee consumption was allowed.
Being ambitious siblings this love for fresh and all natural food and beverages is genetically embedded into the soul of our humble coffee house.
