Our fondness for wine, especially red is only equal to our love and dedication for coffee. Tradition, Passion and Knowledge passed down by years of harvesting both the Syrah and Grenache grape varieties over a delightful cup of freshly ground roasted coffee.

During summer months our healthy vine leaves are handpicked and wrapped into parcels of delicious dolma and the grapes transformed depending on the yield and mood to either a show stopping rosé or an exquisite full bodied organic red wine that’s much sought after by neighbours, family members and friends alike.

Equally we love and respect the dedication and devotion that is required to produce excellent wine from growing regions across the world. A guilty pleasure that has an illustrious history, universally enjoyed and fit for every occasion.

Creating our Chateauneuf Du Basch coffee blend was one of the most enjoyable and exhilarating and coffee experiments we’ve ever undertaken at Caffe Basch. Together with a panel of wine connoisseurs and sommeliers, we spent months pairing and sampling a plethora of wines and coffee blends in the hopes of achieving an impeccable coffee that embodies the spirit of wine making and the in-depth flavours of an aged bottle of wine.
