We crafted our Ottoman Pasha as a homage to the coffeehouses of Istanbul and to the mysticism and splendour of the hard working market traders that have kept the soul of the grand bazaar and its surrounding markets and streets alive.
A heritage Turkish coffee blend that adheres to the principles of roasting and grinding that’s been passed down through the generations of Turkish family owned coffee houses since the 16th century.
Our selection of Rainforest Alliance certified arabica from Brazil undergo a long roast at medium temperatures to shape our Ottoman Pasha’s distinctly rich flavour, combined with quick roasted heirloom varieties from Ethiopia for a natural sweetness and to maintain a mild acidity. Ground using a specially purposed stone mill to enhance the thick body and spiced notes that linger in its aftertaste.

The result, our Turkish coffee blend when brewed is a thing of beauty, a spectacle of pure joy, a full body that’s velvety smooth, a pleasurable intensity of flavours ranging from baked chocolate, to hazelnut and vanilla fragrance further amplified by the depth of its creamy finish.
