Our Al Mamlaka blend is composed of a superior heirloom variety of coffee arabica which is cultivated by Ethiopian coffee farmers in the fertile soils of the Gedeo highlands at altitudes of 1900m and above. Lightly roasted at lower temperatures and coarsely ground that’s further uplifted by the infusion of naturally ground cardamom and cloves.
